Phius Single-Family Quality Assurance Workbook

This workbook combines the requirements of all of Phius' co-requisite programs and includes all of Phius' quality assurance requirements. It is to be completed by the Phius Certified Rater on the project and submitted fully filled out to Phius for final certification.

Phius Single Family Quality Assurance Workbook v4.2

Version 4.2, released in November 2021 to align with Phius 2021 requirements. Must be used for Phius 2021 projects and all projects with a contract date after February 1, 2022.

Phius Single Family Quality Assurance Workbook v4.1

Version 4.1 aligns with PHIUS+ 2018 requirements and may be used for projects with a Phius project contract date between October 1, 2018 and March 1, 2021.

Projects with a contract date between March 1, 2021 - February 1, 2022 that choose to pursue PHIUS+ 2018 may use v4.1 or v4.2.
