This workbook combines the requirements of all of Phius' co-requisite programs and includes all of Phius' quality assurance requirements. It is to be completed by the Phius Certified Rater on the project and submitted fully filled out to Phius for final certification.
Version 26.1.0, released in May 2026, is an update to v24.1.1 released in September 2024. Version 26.1.0 must be used for Phius 2024 projects and all projects with a Phius Certification contract date after Sept. 1, 2026.
