This document provides guidance for the modeling and testing of commercial kitchens for projects pursuing Phius Certification.

This blog introduces the newly released version of the Phius Certification Guidebook (v26.1.2).

This estimator may be used to determine a lower temperature reduction factor than the default of 0.95 and the associated additional energy use for attached zones outside of the thermal and airtight envelope that are conditioned to a lower setpoint temperature than the certified portion of the building.

The climate map provides data related to the thermal enclosure and mechanical system performance levels required to achieve Phius CORE Prescriptive. It is similar to the same data as the Phius CORE Prescriptive snapshot, except it's displayed on a map. It is often helpful to use this map to find the location/climate data set closest to your project site.

Use this estimator for indoor and outdoor pools. It is designed to account for heating energy use as well as pool-pump energy use.
