Zoe Rader joined Phius in June of 2023 after serving as a technical intern for more than a year. She is now a Building Certification Associate and Policy Specialist. She has a degree from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Architecture at Ball State University. She is also in the midst of becoming a Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC®). She has a passion for blending the fields of high-performance design and affordable housing, whether that be through design and construction or understanding and utilizing policy.
