Sarah Klinetob Lowe joined the Phius team in July 2025 as the Educational Content Manager. Sarah is a Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC®), LEED Green Associate, and NABCEP PV Associate, and has 15+ years of work and research experience in high-performance design, energy retrofits, solar photovoltaic systems, affordable housing, and student engagement. Since obtaining the Phius CPHC® credential in 2019, Sarah has developed and delivered a range of passive building educational content, including as an Adjunct Instructor at Penn State teaching the Phius CPHC® curriculum each spring to undergraduate and graduate students.
Sarah holds an M.S. in Architectural Engineering, and B.S. degrees in Engineering Science and German, all from Penn State.
