Sarah Klinetob Lowe

Operations Director, Penn State-led Global Building Network

Sarah Klinetob Lowe (she/her) has 15 years of work, research, and volunteer experiences with high performance design, energy retrofits, solar photovoltaic systems, affordable housing, and student engagement. She teaches the CPHC curriculum at Penn State through the senior-level course Ultra-High-Performance Buildings: Passive House Design & Construction. Sarah holds an M.S. in Architectural Engineering, and B.S. degrees in Engineering Science and German, all from Penn State.
