Phius Alliance Midwest Regional Rep; Architect & CPHC at Precipitate

Elizabeth believes resilient carbon-neutral architecture must be centered on equity and affordability and founded Precipitate in 2017 to accelerate change in the profession toward that goal. Elizabeth coaches client project teams in energy efficiency as a Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC) and loves helping teams find the sweet spot between energy savings, cost, embodied carbon, and beauty. She teaches net positive architecture at the University of Minnesota and was a juror for the international Solar Decathlon competition hosted by the US Department of Energy.
