Daniel has harbored an interest in building science since his undergraduate days and feels right at home interfacing with design professionals across multiple disciplines. At Steven Winter Associates, he works on the High Performance Building Solutions team as a project manager, developing building energy and thermal bridge models, reviewing construction documents, and conducting onsite inspections.
In his former professional life, Daniel worked with the Student Conservation Association engaged in hands-on conservation work maintaining hiking trails on public lands. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys creative pursuits such as fermented foods and rediscovering the simple wonders of our world alongside his daughter.
