Appendix E - Phius Certified Rater & Verifier Manual

This document outlines the prerequisites and process of becoming a Phius Certified Rater or Phius Certified Verifier, eligibility to inspect and verify Phius projects (EXCLUDING PROJECTS PURSUING PHIUS 2024 CERTIFICATION), and the responsibilities of the Rater/Verifier in the certification of Phius projects.
