Job Overview
As a Social Media/Digital Marketing Intern at Phius, you will be part of our Marketing team, working to support and enhance our digital presence across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for analyzing digital and social media performance, creating engaging content, and managing our social media channels. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about digital marketing and sustainability, with a strong opportunity for growth into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with social media management across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital and social media performance metrics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Help create and brainstorm engaging social media content (graphics, posts, captions, etc.) aligned with our branding and goals.
- Collaborate with the team to develop digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and awareness.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and digital marketing best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Support the marketing team in additional ad-hoc digital tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of social media and other digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
