There are a number of exciting developments going on behind the scenes at Phius.
Our CRM is in its launch phase, the new Phius Portal will be available in the coming weeks, and our beautifully redesigned website is coming shortly after that. In this post, we’d like to focus on one aspect of this operational overhaul that is absolutely critical: Phius IDs.
What is it?
The Phius ID is a six-digit number that is assigned to anyone in the Phius database. It will replace all your existing identification numbers (Alliance ID, Certified Professional Number, etc.)
Why is it Important?
This number will not change, and will be used for all your Phius-related activities, including CEU reporting. Your Phius ID is your personal identifier for all things Phius moving forward. So don’t forget it!
How Do I Know What My Phius ID is?
Emails containing Phius IDs began going out this week. The email includes an explanation of the Phius ID as well as the ID itself. Please keep this email for your records. If you have received multiple Phius IDs, please contact us ASAP at info@phius.org. Alliance Members, Certified Professionals and Trainees will also be able to view their Phius ID in the Phius Portal.
Why the Change?
We know this will be an adjustment (we all have enough IDs and login credentials to keep track of these days) but ultimately the implementation of the Phius ID will simplify your interactions with Phius. With the new ID system, you will have access to your Phius-related information anytime you want.
We appreciate your cooperation as we transition to our new systems and look forward to all of you experiencing their full capabilities. These changes will streamline many of our processes and allow us more time to focus on the advancement of passive building.
