Sam Laminack joined Phius as a Policy Intern in August of 2025. Sam recently graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis with a degree in Sustainability Management and Policy and minors in Environmental Science and Climate Resilience. Sam has worked on everything from urban gardening and beekeeping to waste reduction and community engagement projects. Sam is passionate about finding practical, creative ways to make communities more sustainable.
