LaShaina White

Shaina White is a Technical Intern supporting the Phius Certification team as they expand their project and product certification programs. A Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC®) with a background in Electrical Engineering, she brings both technical knowledge and a passion for sustainable, resilient building design. During her internship, Shaina will contribute to energy modeling, research efforts, and technical communications while gaining hands-on experience with one of the nation’s leading passive building organizations.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Motivated by a desire to serve her hometown and other communities affected by natural disasters, Shaina is committed to advancing high-performance building solutions that promote long-term resilience and energy efficiency.

Outside of her work with Phius, she enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, traveling, and playing pool volleyball on Sundays when time allows.
