How to Maximize Your PhiusCon 2025 Experience

PhiusCon always offers unmatched opportunities to learn, connect and be inspired, and this year’s event at the Baird Center in Milwaukee is no exception. Starting with pre-conference workshops Oct. 6, all the way through the sold-out PhiusCon After Party the evening of Oct. 8, there are a litany of activities – both educational and social – for attendees to experience. 

With so much happening during the three-day event, we’d like to offer a few tips to help you maximize your PhiusCon 2025 experience. We hope attendees find these pointers useful, and if you haven’t registered yet, don’t wait! Ticket prices increase Monday, Sept. 29, so secure your spot today.

Check In Early

Avoid the lines at the registration table by picking up your name badge early. If you are attending pre-conference sessions, the registration table opens at 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6 and stays open until 5:30 p.m. If you’re heading straight to Core Conference but arrive in town Monday, stop over during the day to grab your badge. You can also stop by first thing Tuesday morning (registration opens at 7 a.m.) to beat the rush.

Familiarize Yourself with the Baird Center

The Baird Center in downtown Milwaukee will host all the PhiusCon action (other than the After Party). The building itself boasts a number of sustainability-focused attributes, including LEED Gold Certification, making it the perfect location for our conference. Check out the Baird Center’s Know Before You Go Guide – specifically the “Prohibited Items” section – to make sure you have a smooth entry and overall experience.

Look Over the Conference Maps 

The Exhibit Hall and plenary space are located on the fourth floor (top map), while the registration desk and breakout rooms are located on the second floor (bottom map).

Secure Your Continuing Education Credits

Attendees can earn up to 16 Phius CEUs and AIA LUs throughout the conference. To log credits, simply scan the QR code displayed at the end of each qualifying session and enter your Phius ID. That’s it — no follow-up required. Phius CEUs and AIA credits will be logged within two weeks of the end of the conference. 

Download the App and Explore the Agenda

The official PhiusCon app, Backstage for Attendees, is the ultimate companion for your conference experience. Download it on the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to have all the up-to-date PhiusCon information you need in the palm of your hand at all times. Important conference updates and reminders will be sent via the app, which also provides instant access to the full agenda, speaker bios, an exhibitor list and message boards. No printed agendas will be provided, so the app is your guide for navigating the conference. When you download it, be sure to select “PhiusCon 2025” rather than a past edition of PhiusCon!

Mingle and Explore in the Exhibit Hall 

PhiusCon 2025 will feature a 6,000-square-foot Exhibit Hall showcasing the latest innovations from more than 30 industry-leading manufacturers and organizations. The Exhibit Hall officially opens the evening of Monday, Oct. 6, with an opening reception that is open to all attendees. This is the perfect opportunity to lay the foundation for new connections to be cultivated throughout the week. Networking is always at the heart of PhiusCon, and the Exhibit Hall is ready-made for it. Don’t miss out!
