Developer's Summit Website Now Live!

With the Phius Developer’s Summit 2022 quickly approaching (April 26-28), we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our official summit website!

The site is your home for all things Developer’s Summit, including registration, schedule and event details. More information will be filled in as details are finalized, so be sure to bookmark it. And if you’re an early bird, registration is open, so you can grab your ticket now!

The goal of the summit is multi-faceted. We want to introduce new developers and real estate professionals to the world of passive building, while simultaneously educating existing industry professionals on the pivotal role played by developers. Bringing passive projects to fruition is a team effort, and we believe it’s important to provide the proper tools to everyone involved. The Developer’s Summit will serve as the springboard for our efforts to provide developer’s a comprehensive passive building toolkit.

The summit’s programming will be reflective of the unique backgrounds of the audience, and will include tips, case studies and lessons learned from developers, including how they overcame obstacles. The first day will focus on single-family, the second day multifamily and the final day financing. Each day’s session will include short presentations, discussion and audience Q&A.

In order for Phius to become the mainstream building standard, we need everyone pushing in the same direction, and we hope the Developer’s Summit will be a crucial part of those efforts.

The full list of presenters is yet to be finalized, but the following speakers will be sharing their wisdom: Charlene Andres, Christoph Stump, Sloane Ritchie, Megan Spitz, Shilpa Sankaran, Alan Gibson, Abigail Lane, Tom Collins, John Todd and Mark Pignatelli. Stay tuned as more speakers are announced! Phius Executive Director Katrin Klingenberg, Phius Associate Director Lisa white, and Phius Policy Analyst Isaac Elnecave will moderate the sessions. Phius Certification Manager James Ortega will also participate as a panel member.
