CORE REVIVE sets aggressive performance targets to leave no cost-effective conservation measures on the table. It targets a level that is rigorous but attainable with conservation measures alone.
Phius CORE REVIVE is available for all retrofit projects that wish to pursue the performance path.
Certification under Phius CORE Prescriptive is available to retrofits, but limited to single-family dwellings – detached or attached housing such as side-by-side duplexes or townhomes.
