Above and Beyond Phius CORE

Phius ZERO pushes further than Phius CORE, by achieving all of the same requirements and also netting out energy use on an annual basis with renewable energy.

Passive building provides a proven methodology for designing a net zero energy building. The first step is conservation—first through passive measures, then through active measures. Once conservation targets are met, on-site or off-site renewable energy is used to offset remaining energy use.
