Michael Franco serves as the Director of Operations at Phius.
Franco joined Phius in October 2020 as Product Certification Manager and later served as the Operations Manager. In those roles, he streamlined product certification operations and helped lead the development and launch of the Phius Certified Window and Door Database. Franco continues to manage the Phius Window and Door Certification Program and models fenestration products as a Phius Orange Path Simulator.
Since 2021, he has supported PhiusCon through event-level financial projections and trade show management. In October 2023, he transitioned into his role as Operations Manager, where he led teams focused on launching new initiatives and driving operational improvements. He has served as Director of Operations since November of 2026.
Before joining Phius, Franco worked as an account manager for an MRO distributor. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Chapman University and an M.S. in Project Management from the University of Southern California.
