Cancellation policy and general terms: If you must cancel, please notify us by email at conference@phius.org by September 25, 2022 in order to receive a refund for your exhibit space. Any refund requests received after September 25, 2022 will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the exhibit space portion of your purchase. We are unable to accommodate any refund requests after October 24, 2022. We cannot provide refunds on advertising or sponsorship once materials have gone live (online) or to print. For all registrations completed outside of the PhiusCon conference platform, Whova, payment is required within 30 days of invoicing. If payment is not received within 30 days, the exhibitor's booth reservation is subject to reservation by any other exhibitors who wish to register for a booth, including those on the waitlist.
