Terence Hill

Terrence Hill is an energy efficiency advocate and member of the High Performance Building Congressional Caucus Coalition (HPBCCC). He is a Phius Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC®) and has been instrumental in helping to forge relationships between Phius and the US Department of Energy, Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Environmental and Energy Study Initiative (EESI), and National Institute of Building Sciences.

Hill also built his own high-performance house using SIPS, a geothermal heat pump, radiant floor heating, rainwater retention and photovoltaic panels. He is also a member of the IEEE/Rotary Smart Village group working to support entrepreneurs in the developing world provide energy and education services.
