Now Accepting Submissions
Have a video of a PHIUS+ certified project, a project under construction, a tutorial or other passive house related video? Send a link to the video and a brief description to PHAUS at info@phaus.org.
Submission guidelines:
- Submissions must come from PHAUS members and PHAUS sponsors only.
- Videos that fully adhere to the quality and topic guidelines listed below will be published at PHAUS’s discretion
- Horizontal orientation (no vertical cell-phone videos, please)
- Minimum 720p resolution (1080p and up preferred/older video may be considered case-by-case)
- Sufficient sound quality, presenter should be very clearly audible
- Video approx. 5-10 minutes long
Content guidelines:
- Limit self-promotion or specific product promotion
- Focus on educational / informative topics
- Preference to PHIUS+ projects (in certification ok) / PHIUS+ recommended materials (windows/panels)
Suggested topics:
- PHIUS+ passive house/building/commercial case studies
- Finished project tours
- Under construction project tours
- Passive house details (windows, foundations, walls, air-tightness solutions, thermal bridging, mechanical systems solutions)
- Installation how-to’s (windows, foundations, walls, air-tightness solutions, thermal bridging, mechanical systems)
- Use of modeling software tools (tricks and such)
- Troubleshooting on-site construction problems
- How to’s for working with non PH Certified Builders
- How do you sell a PH?
We reserve the right to reject any videos that do not meet the standards listed above, but will allow resubmissions after the proper editing has been done.
