Exterior Wall The basement wall consists of an ICF with an additional 4" of foam to the exterior. Above grade, is a SIP wall construction that is 10.25 inches thick. To the exterior, there is an additional 2.5" EPS foam panel which is finished with fiber cement siding.
Floor The slab floor consists of a . The ICF footings are touching the ground, while an interior support for a column rests on structural EPS.
Roof The standard roof assembly detail is a 12" SIP with two 2" layers of Polyisocyanurate over the top. This is covered with a standing seam metal roof.
Window Frame Windows were Zola ThermoClad with a Uframe of 0.19 and a thickness of 4.785"
Window Glazing The glazing consisted of a Ucog of 0.088 and a .53 SHGC.

Ventilation Ventilation was handled by a CERV and is predominately controlled by on demand ventilation sensors with occupant overrides.
