Webinars - Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The Passive House Alliance is a nation-wide organization spanning 4+ timezones. Events will be advertised in the presenter's local time zone.
- Please register at least 1-hour prior to the scheduled webinar broadcast start time to ensure receiving your access link prior to that time. The link will be emailed upon receipt of payment, but could be delayed by several minutes or an hour. Please also check promotional or spam folders for missing emails.
- Please see the “Attending a Meeting, Webinar or Class” section for system requirements & how to join.
- PHAUS will issue a full refund for cancellations received no less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled broadcast start time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel & request a refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled broadcast start time.
- Your webinar registration includes access to the live-webinar broadcast only. Access to the webinar recording is not included in your webinar registration fee.
- All webinars are recorded, and the recordings will be accessible via Pay Per View and/or the Members' Only Area.
